‌Biology Department

The Department of Biology  is one of the active department of education faculty, which was established in 2009 in accordance with the objective and urgent needs of the community in the framework of Paktiya University.

 

Vision
 The view of the Department of Biology and is to have a standard educational system and the provision  of quality academic services equivalent to the academic standards of the country and the universities of neighboring countries and to have a high and outstanding position at the national and regional level.

 

Mission
  The Department of Biology and is committed to developing and promoting knowledge and responding to the needs of the Afghan community as one of the vanguard departments of the education Faculty of Education to offer inclusive education, services at Paktiya University. The mission of the Institute is to provide educational, research, relevant experiments and advisory services to the scientific community.

 

Goals
1- Presenting academic , professional  and responsible cadres to the community.

2. Development of  the Biology Department.

3- To arrange and prepare a standard curriculum.

4. Strengthening relations and cooperation with the scientific and institutions of the country.
5. Promoting and expanding Islamic and national values.

1. Protection of the religious, national, cultural and academic values.

2. Delivering quality, balanced and inclusive education and training services.

3. Development and enhancement of the department to respond to the needs of the community.

4. Effective use of educational opportunities to raise the capacity of academic staff and students.

5. Strengthen, study, research and compilation of scientific works.
6. Supporting academic, practical and educational activities.

7. Compliance with the principle of merit and accountability.

8. Fighting moral, administrative, bias and violence.

9. Create more advanced training programs and opportunities.

10. Training of scientific and professional cadres.

11. Having good relations, at the faculty, university and national and international scientific institutions, based on good faith and cooperation.
