پوهنوال نذیرخان محمدي د محمدخان زوي په ۱۳۶۲ هـ ش کال کې پکتیا ولایت د سیدکرم ولسوالی د عثمان خیلو د غوریزی په کلي کې زیږدیلی دي. لومړنی زده کړی یې د کډوالی په مهال د پاکستان د کوزی پښتونخوا د هنګو سیمې اړونده د درسمندو کمپ د حضرت سفیان په لومړنی ښوونځي کې او منځنۍ ، ثانوی زده کړی یې د یادې سیمې د حضرت بلال په لېسه کې پای ته ورسولي.

نذیرخان محمدي تر کانکور ازموینې وروسته په ۱۳۸۴ هـ ش کال کې شیخ زاید پوهنتون د کرنې په پوهنځی کې شامل او په ۱۳۸۶ هـ ش کال کې د همدې پوهنځی د اګرانومي څانګې څخه د لوړو نمرو په اخیستلو سره په ښه درجه فارغ شو. نذیرخان محمدي تر فارغیدو سملاسي د پکتیا پوهنتون، کرنې پوهنځی د اګرانومي په دیپارتمنت کې د مرستیال استاد په صفت دنده پیل کړه.

پوهنوال نذیرخان محمدي اته کاله د یاد شوی دیپارتمنت د امریت ترڅنګ تدریس او څېړنې په چارو کې دنده ترسره کړه او په ۱۳۹۴ هـ ش کال کې د لوړو زده کړو لپاره د هندوستان هېواد ملی کرنیز پوهنتون ته ولېږل شو او هلته یې د هندوستان په یاد شوی پوهنتون کې د اګرانومی په څانګه کې د ماسټری زده کړي په ډېر لوړه درجه بشپړی کړی او په ۱۳۹۶ هـ ش کال کې هېواد ته راستون شو چې تر راستنیدو سره سم یې د پکتیا پوهنتون د کرنې پوهنځی د اګرانومي په دیپارتمنت کې د استاد او د همدې ځانګې امر په صفت خپلې دندې ته دوام ورکړ او اوس کرنې پوهنځی رئیس په توګه خپلې دندې ته دوام ورکوي.

د یادونې وړ ده چې پوهنوال نذیرخان محمدي په تیرو پنځلسو کلونو کې د تدریس، څيړنې او اداری چارو ترڅنګ زیات شمېر څېړنېزی او غیری څېړنیزې مقالې لیکلي دي چې زیاتره یې څېړنیزې بڼه لری او په ملي او نړیوالو علمي مجلو او جورنالونو کې چاپ او نشر شوي دي.
