A cooperative agreement was signed between Paktia University and Technical University of Ghazni. This cooperative agreement was signed between Pohanmal Obaidullah Akhundzada the Chancellor of Paktia University and Pohanmal Fida Muhammad Muhammadi the Chancellor of Technical University of Ghazni. According to this agreement, both sides would completely help each other in part of compilation and translation, academic investigation, magazine, recruitment of instructors, job promotion process, and online academic seminars.
